Treatment that
works for Plantar Warts
A lot of over-the-counter treatments
are available, but in my own personal experience, they
only subdued the vigilant virus, while I was using them.
I tried those products for seven (7) years, but they did
not eliminate the culprit. I spent a huge amount
of time fussing, scraping, dabbing and dosing, all to
only have them grow back again.
The only thing that actually worked
for me was to get them "frozen" with liquid nitrogen. Yeah! Not Fun. It meant a trip to the
dermatologist once every 10 days or so, for
approximately 8 weeks, before I was able rid my poor feet of
these annoying and painful warts.
Not all doctors store liquid nitrogen
at their clinic. You may have to go to a dermatologist
for treatment. Ask your doctor about it, if you
have tried everything else.
Some other doctors successfully use laser surgery. This treatment does help to cauterize
the wound and prevent infections. Healing is generally
quick and uncomplicated. |
